The dye house is well equipped by European machinery mainly THIES and SCHOLL.
Machines capacities range from 35 Kg to 2000 Kg.
The dye house capacity is about 20 tons / day.
The dye house is supported by a modern well equipped laboratory having data color spectrophotometers, lab dispenser with solution maker, automatic crock meter, washing machines (Dura Wash, Wascator), dryers… etc.
The dye house has also chemical dispenser and all the dyeing machines are centrally controlled by a Barco-Sedo system.
